We adopted the Scrum framework, organizing our work into two-week sprints, with demonstrations after each sprint to showcase results to the product owner. This approach fostered a rapid feedback loop, allowing us to adapt features and make modifications swiftly. To maintain consistent project development, we held retrospective sessions and planning meetings after each sprint, which enabled us to refine our processes in response to evolving project needs. Yesoft Consulting was responsible for managing the backlog, selecting, and prioritizing mission-critical items for upcoming sprints, which significantly accelerated our development process.
As a result of our efforts, we developed a HIPAA-compliant telepsychiatry solution for patient assessment and facility placement, effectively streamlining the processing of mental health patients in hospitals. Key features included medical case creation and processing, patient placement coordination, and comprehensive reporting. The solution was hosted on Azure, with CI/CD implemented and thorough end-to-end testing conducted. The impact of our solution is significant, improving the availability of psychiatric medical care across geographically dispersed healthcare facilities and expediting the delivery of psychiatric treatment to patients.
